MI Gov supports lower speed limits |

Michigan Gov. Jennifer Granholm said "It's something we should consider," when asked about lower speed limits during a news conference July 2, 2008 introducing a new state website to help Michiganians save money.
"People are hurting. We are trying to do everything we can to allow citizens access to information to help them save,"
The Governor didn't specify what she thinks the lower speed limit should be.
